HOW YOU CAN CALL US ON SKYPE:

Type New You Medi (skype name) in the “Skype search” to bring up our contact details which you can save and call us.
If you already have the skype app open on your computer or mobile phone, you can call us by pressing the Call button.

COMMUNICATION SECURITY:

All voice, video, file and instant messaging from Skype to Skype is encrypted. This protects you from potential eavesdropping.

If you are making a call from a mobile and/or landline to Skype, the part of the call that is made over the PSTN, which is the regular telephone network (i.e. if you are not using the Skype app but are calling someone on Skype from your “regular” phone) is not encrypted.

Sessions are held in a controlled access area. This means that no other person is ever present in this area unless there is a good reason. In this case you will be informed in order to give your consent.

Skype sessions are NOT recorded by us.

Information that may be kept in the form of written notes is governed by our general data protection policy under the GDPR.
